This is a website that claims to be a Passive Income Builder. You invest or purchase shares for $25 each. Then they use the investor funds to pay for advertising for Affiliate Programs, like forex and MLM programs. The programs they advertise for pay them for the advertising and also commissions for any sales or purchases made from those ads.
