I submitted my laptop (in GREAT condition-without defects) with a quote of $205. I sent it in, got a quote of $80 back. There is no way to get a hold of someone, and they don't respond to e-mails or voicemails. I have submitted a complaint to both the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency. If enough people do this, they'll get shut down. Show them that they can't take advantage of consumers this way! read full review »
