I am the consumer, (username mohinihersom1) physically situated in the UK whereas the business, Westhost, is physically situated in the USA. Therefore, posting on a USA consumer panel seems appropriate. This posting has already occurred in Jan 2011. The company found my posting and replied to it. They have not yet discussed with me (April 2011)even though I submitted a ticket as the manager requested.
