We engaged the AP Sentosa to hire Indo maid for us way back Nov'10. We have confirmed one Indo maid and pay a deposit of RM5, 000. We were told the processing will take 2-3 months and after the due date we have all the rights to cancel the contract with full refund (except minus the bank credit card charges which we have agreed) However sometime in Feb'11, the salesperson (Ms Evon) came back and told us that the maid is not coming to Malaysia and she therefore told us to choose a new biodata (maid).
