I signed up for the 14 day free trial in order to get access to specific files they claimed to have. Upon signing up and subsequently searching for these files I found they did not exist. The software you have to download was unstable and my computer would not work correctly after installing it. I fully intended to cancel this useless service but unfortunately bereavement in my family took me away from home for a few days and I was distracted.
