After I moved out last year on June 2010 from the Orion Roswell Village complex in Roswell, Georgia 30075, I had no bad experiences other than dealing with the unprofessional, rude and never available property manager named Monica Francis. On March 2011, I checked my credit report as I do every year and to my surprise, there was a collection on it from Hunter Warfield, INC / Orion at Roswell Village.
