I had a viper car alarm system after someone broke into my car. After Best Buy installer installed the alarm my car gave me problems. The day after the installation by new car battery was drain. I was late for work because I had to wait for a garage to jump my battery. My car gave me no problems before the installation of the alarm system. I believe the alarm was improperly installed. I would never recommend having anything installed at Best Buy. They have lost my business and I will never shop at their store again.
