Their fax number is 1/800/316/8023. They have called me at work multiple times and will not give me any information. Only saying they are calling from Legal Department of the State Department. And they even go as far as to but me on hold and come back to say they just talked with the State Attorney. So I called them and they never knew anything about it. I also went throught this website and read other compaints and called the different number and got the same person each time.
