We bought Videocon Air Conditioner on April 20th. They told us that it will be installed the next day. I took the day off but they didn't come, and the installation took place the next day. We forgot about this quickly and were enjoying our purchase. It didn't last long. We were happy with the purchase for a month until the AC stopped working. I submitted a complaint and was give a complaint number. They promised to come the next day. It's been 3 days and the issue is not resolved. read full review »
