My office bought Air Conditioners from Boss Enterprise last summer. One of AC stopped cooling. We asked Boss Enterprise to have the Air Conditioners inspected but no one showed up. We contacted the dealer who sold us the unites but they did not respond either. We don't know what to do. This summer is extremely hot and the fact that I can't provide comfortable working environment hurts my business. read full review »
