I purchased a maytag neptune several years ago. I have had nothing but problems. When the repair man came to repair it he said I had just missed the time frame for the lawsuit against Maytag. Well in fact I had not. But by the time I found this out, then it was to late. I had always wanted a Maytag because of the dependability, but I will never buy another one. They had to replace the motor in it last year. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Now the door lock will not work, so therefore it cannot spin. I am not sure if... read full review »
