I have come to be victimised by this so called customer service hotline, I am beyond disapointed by the service I was provided and have been provided. Wait time to for assistance is extremely long I would say I was on the line for twenty-minutes, sometimes it seems as if they have too much of a wait time and I get a breif message to call back which then I am disconnected.
