I recently ordered accessories for my mp3 player. After 1 week when they didn't show up I called to check on them. The lady I spoke to said she would call back so she could check on things and of course never did. I called again the next day and was told the items were never shipped the lady i spoke then said they would be sent out the next day. Now please keep in mind they took money immediatly upon ordering.
