We recently purchase a Mastercraft Exterior Door from Menards which was custom ordered thru Midwest Manufacturing. We received the door after taking out our front door and notice there was a crack in the window on the sidelight. We contacted Menards they said to fill out a complaint. We did. Nothing happened. We installed the door by a professional contractor and he notice the door was warped on the top an bottom. We contacted Menards they said we did it in delivery of the door.
