I purchased a mini laptop for $99.99 and also purchased a warantee and when the computer came it had a purple screen. I sent the item back the next day as directed to by "Erik". I never received a replace computer even thought I asked for a new one as I should have gotten since I also purchased the warantee. Erik does not answer the telephone for complaints/returns.
