We have had our mortgage with Citimortgage since 2000. In October 2009, due to a severe injury we had a loss of income and advised citimortgage but they said there was no assistance available to us and our home would go into forclosure. In May 2010 our property for our first mortgage and home equity line was to be sent to forclosure. We put the home on the market and it was to be sold and the closing was scheduled for 3/31/2011.
