Contracted Movecorp to ship my goods. They collected - slight hiccup on collection but I can let that slip. Got told goods would arrive end of November at destination port and would be cleared and sent to me. I purposefully booked a door to door service and paid extra for this so I wouldn't need to deal with customs officials. At the beginning of December I contacted Movecorp to find out what the progress was and got told the shipment had arrived and I needed to call the customs agents(?), which I did.
