While working for Cellular Express Plus myself and others did everything that was asked of us. We put features on customers account with out their acknowledgment as well sold them higher rate plans than they needed. We declined all returns within 30 days just as we were trained to. We followed the Cellular Express Plus hand book to a T. We found out that there was a silent partner named Jake Mullins who said that we were under achievers in deceiving AT&T WIRELESS CUSTOMERS when it came to adding fraudelant features.
