There was a hair in my celery that came with my wings and the shift lead told me that the celery is complimentary and asked me what do I want to do about the hair. I was taken back at the fact that he told me a part of my meal was complementary then asked me what I wanted to be done with an attitude. I asked what is the company policy for hair found in food served to guest and he told me there is no such policy.
