North American Bancard / Global Services Credit Card Merchants I was a approached by a salesman representing Bancard/Global on Nov 2010. He reassured me that this company has no cancellation fee or does not follow contracts. That is the reason why I wanted to change from Prodigy services because of their 36 month leases. So the only way was to change to Banacard because of no contract. The agreemnet papers were 5 pages long without any contract clauses.
