I started getting phone calls from a man with a thick indian accent, James Williams. He was calling from (646) 378-2499. Claiming to have pertinent legal information for me. When I tried to call back it was always busy. Then today (4/6/11) I got a call from another man with a thick indian accent, Officer Patrick Green, at (646) 499-6905, claiming to be a part of the Financial Law Dept.
