that branch does not try to help the customer. I dropped off a prescription, they said it would be ready the next day after 4:00. the next day I call at 6:00they say my prescription is ready. I have to get a ride due to the fact I had a chemical burn to my eye thats why I need the tears & jell. thats why i'm so frustrated. I get there and they say they havent got ahold of the doctor to verify it was workers comp. It says it is on the insurance card. I got the same prescription for the same thing last month.
