GE Money Bank ripped us off by charging extra fees even though we paid off our account early. When we made large early payments, they didn't treat them as monthly payments and charged us late fees even though we were paid in advance with them. Their customer service people were completely incapable of even understanding what they did wrong and had no discretion to change anything. These people are simply dishonest rip-off artists.
