I bought an Italian faucet from Sophisticated Plumbing and in 4 months it started leaking water from everywhere. I took it to Sophisticated plumbing for repair and they refused to fix it. I had to buy a new Kitchen faucet and spend in the exchange and installation of the new provisional faucet. I tried in vain to get the item fixed, but they told me that it was a display item without warranty, fact that was never told me upon delivery. read full review »
