I'm typing this at 1am in the morning feeling really down and depressed. I thought I had found a really good jewellery supplier for CZ and platinum plated sterling silver goods. I've been looking forward to it for weeks. I thought customer service sounded so good - they upgraded me to 'higher cost' items when the ones I ordered weren't available and I thought 'wow!
