These guys are dodgy dealers. The site is designerexportsinc.com .After I have given them stacks of money for polo tops these guys go all quiet on me. They will not reply to any of my emails now and the phone numbers that I call in the UK and United states never get answered. Paypal has a refund policy. . The policy is that if you make a complaint before 45 days you can get a refund. I am of the strong conviction that designer exports knew about the 45 day refund policy that paypal has.
