We originally bought a timeshare in Vegas called Flamingo Bay. We bought because we were told we would be able to travel anywhere in the world. In 2009 we used the above unit for the first time and unfortunately went to an 'owner's meeting' turned out to be a sales presentation. We were told that if we paid $6000 more we could get a place on the strip and it would be much easier to exchange (we originally bought so we could travel and found it was harder than they said it would be) We paid the extra money.
