This past summer i worked as a barista for the cosi restaurant in my area. it was the worst decision of my life. The management would blame their mistakes on barista's. They do not properly train new workers. What bothered me the most is that they allowed food to sit out all day. I will never eat there after what I saw the oven line staff do to food.
