I purchased a Stearn & Foster Mattress 6 years ago and paid $1600 just for the mattress. In the 6 years I have had it and had their customer sercice guys out twice. Now I have a very serious back problem and have to have surgery. The customer service guys say the mattress has to sag 1.5 inches before they will do anything. My mattress is sagging almost that with no one in ti. It is bulging on one side of the mattress. My husband and I fight each other all night because we are both rolling to the middle.
