2 days i waited for a repair man NO SHOW! the last day on april 5 no phone call until 7:20 pm that evening. I wnt this freezer replaces and ALL my food that I had in the freezer. I have ALL sars products and my next purchase will be a washer and dryer set. My thoughts are maybe I should shop i my area or another department store. Also my husband is a Big Sears craftsman buyer! I think not anymore. I also have total lose on food products is $1869.00, I personaly doubt I will ever see any of th money.
