I filed a complaint against Comfort Control with the better business bureau at the end of January because I had no heat and Comfort Control would not repair my furnace which I bought from them and was installed by them on November 9, 2007. I called Comfort Control on January 19, 2011 and informed them that my furnace was not working. They sent out a technician which charged me 180.00 for a new service contract. I paid them by check.
