Placed an order followed by another order a week later, following good deal in email. Claims to be 7-14 day delivery but after 24 days nothing had arrived. I emailed four times but got no reply at all. I then received email from someone at company to say one of items ordered was no longer available - this gave me a real name to contact! Two emails later i finally got an answer to the question "When will my order arrive?". She told me it would arrive at the start of the following week. One bit out of four arrived.
