I ordered parts for my garage door on Dec. 1, 2010. Sent Check, which was immediately cashed, and no merchandise was ever sent. Attempts to contact this outfit were ignored either phone or email. Complaints filed with NJ ATTY General's Office of Consumer Affairs, were answered with registered letter saying they rcvd no response to their attempts to contact this outfit. NJ BBB also failed to receive response, as did US Postal Inspectors office. Am trying to make the website provider close this down. So far, no success. read full review »
