Infinity insured turned left in front of my vehicle. Driver admitted fault and was cited by Phoenix PD. Initially Infinity would not return calls then (week later) they admitted the driver was their insured and that we could proceed with our claim. Initially the Adjuster said Infinity would cover our damages...the they changed it to 80% of our damages as speed "might" have been a factor.
