I purchased a living room set for about $3500. After 1 1/2, one of my pillows needed more padding and one of the hand rests, the leather was peeling off. It took them 1 week to come out to look at it, and another week to send someone out to pick up the furniture.After 13 days, they brought back the furniture fealty, dirty, a totally different color compared to the chair that was not taken and it had a cut in the pillow that they have worked on.
