We ordered a piece of furniture from urbanhom.com (they recently changed their name to lightgreydesign but any urbanhom web link will take you there) and it took over six months to arrive. When it did, it was not the same thing we ordered and missing a $200 piece. Just Google their name and you will find many similar complaints. They have a BBB rating of F. I, and others have filed complaints with the MN Attorney General. read full review »
