I receive these letters stating I have won $20, 000. All I have to do is send $10.00 to claim it. Well, it doesn't take a genius to figure out this is a scam. What is really sad and scary is that the postal service and our good government officials are letting them get away with it. This isn't new. It's been going on for a long time.
