We purchased 49 Architect Series Double Hung Douglas Fir windows in August 2009 for a delivery date stated on our contract of: on or before September 8, 2009. The windows were delivered 15 days late. The windows were installed immediately. Pella was contacted the first week of October 2009. The windows leaked air/water/snow. Pella came out in November 2009.
