I contacted the number on my credit card statement because I wanted to let them know that the DVDs skipping and that they do not even finish one episode before going to the next episode. i also wanted to let him know that they were not new as promised, nor in chronological order, nor where the dvd menu options in the same format. He told me that I was going tot get an email with instructions on where to return them but they were sent from China. I still have not received an email.
