Harts Bridal shop is a joke. Filthy inside, rude people. Alterations ruined my daughter's wedding dress. Dress puckers everywhere and when pointed out to the store owner, the owner said that they had ironed it three times and that "this particular material just does that." Bull! "They ironed it three times?" Gee, I wonder why they had to do that????? Brought the dress home and will have to take it somewhere else to fix the disaster this hell hole has created.
