JumboCloseouts.com is an on-line penny auction site. It sells electronics, jewelry, and other merchandise that you bid for. You must register with credit card to see what kind of bidding is used. The third screen of web pages for registration, they claim, says you are agreeing to pay $150 for the privilege of bidding. JumboCloseouts.com billed my credit card for $150 and refused to remove charge even though I didn't buy anything. Eventually they said they would refund only $50 with JumboCloseouts.com keeping $100 My bank tells me they have had other similar complaints. read full review »
