my name is pat maikowski i started working for dollar general in november 2010. i did a good job and was told i did a good job by my manager scott. i had a family emergency in march and needed time off which was fine. when i came back to work i had a customer who said that she wanted to pay for her stuff with her credit card . i rang up her stuff but i put it in as cash by mistake. at the end of the night my drawer came 90.00 short. i was fired i think i should have at least had a verbal warning. read full review »
