This self proclaimed big shot hails from Borat's homeland of Kazakhstan. Askar Karabayev claims to be a brother of Kazakhstan's prime minister or speaker of Kazakh Parlaiment. He claims to be an oil tycoon and a developer. The fact is that he is that he built about 20 homes in Newport Coast over the last 15 years, and had a few failed real estate projects.
