My sister bough me a Chi for Christmas. It needed to be exchanged so I sent it to Farouk Systems, the manufacturer of Chi products. They returned it wiht a notice that this product is not a genuine Farouk Systems, Inc item. The Chi she bought and paid over $100 for is an unauthorized representation! I tried to contact Misikko several times, no return calls, no return emails, nothing. They took my sister's money and then pissed on her. What a really bad business.
