Was treated very poorly by a Longmont Colorado rep. Also got the runaround when I tried to cancel policies. When my policy cancellations did come they were addressed wrong. Horrible customer service. In the year I had a policy not one followup call or letter. No desire to help me save money on our house and cars. Only interested in writing a policy and going on to the next one. You would think an insurance salesperson would want to help his "friend". Hopefully this review helps other people not make the mistake I made.
