I purchased a 1/8 size violin for my 4 year old daughter. It arrived in a banged up box via fed ex. When I contacted customer service via phone, I spoke with a very nice woman who advised me to send pictures via email, which I did. The instrument had a damaged end pin (piece broke off) cracked rosin, and a broken fine tuner on the "G" string. They only offered to ship a new end pin and Rosin. When I told them I was not comfortable replacing the end pin myself, they said it is not that hard and to get my daughter's teacher to do it... read full review »
