I applied for a payday loan and somehow top dog credit got my bank infirmation and charged me $124.95 for a membership I knew nothing about until my bank told me i was overdrawn. this happened 1/18/2011 I called the customer service number and they cancelled my membership and told me I would get my refund in 7 to 10 days Its 4/7/2011 now and i have not received it I have called every week and they give me a run round now they will not answer the phone .
