I placed an order on December 26, 2010 for two clearance holiday items. My order went through and I was happy I was able to obtain the items without going out to the store. An hour later I phoned my sister and she logged on to the site and ordered the EXACT same items I did. More than a day later I receive an email from Dillards stating that my order has been cancelled because the demand for the items was so high they are out of stock.
