After I bought a Blackberry, I realize the phone was coming from China. I know immediately, the phone might be refurbished or fake. When the Blackberry curve arrived, it doesn't charge. I changed a new battery and a different charger, the phone still doesn't charge. Wrote to customer service, got no response. Went on live chat, the CS only offered to send me another charger which wasn't the problem. When I insist I wanted to refund, they ignored me. I waited for a response on the live chat and no one replied. STAY AWAY from this site. Not worth the saving. read full review »
