I recieved a letter with documentations stating it was a "Legal Disclaimer" Form #NG 13 Frm E (N202-1301-E/N211-1318-U) explaining an entitlement for Premium Offer of $200, 000.00 with handling fee of $12.99. Foolishly I believed this because it appeared to be so authentic and sadly now I have learned it was only a source to get my personal information. The letter was signed: Raymond Sauer, Senior Award Services, Award Notification Commission. Please stop this scam from affecting others before it gets too far out of control.
